Incorrect or Faulty Products
In case you have received items that are incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please provide details (with imagery) within 7 days of purchase. We'll check if you're eligible for a replacement with new products and give you the necessary instructions. To ensure prompt processing of your request, please contact our customer care team at: customercare@tomorrowtodaybeauty.com and include your order confirmation number in the subject line. Items must be returned in their original condition; refunds cannot be made for items that have been used. Tomorrow-Today Beauty is not responsible for the costs of returning the products. We are not able to offer refunds or accept returns for a change of mind, because every person's skin is different and results may vary.
